What We Buy
We are interested in all diamonds but primarily those that are 1/2 carat or larger. There is no stone too large or valuable for us to purchase and be very competitive on. We will buy any shape: Round, Princess, Marquise, Oval, Pear, Emerald, Radiant, Cushion, etc. We are looking for diamonds with a Clarity of I1 or better and a Color of J or better. It does not matter if your diamond is certified or not. We can evaluate your diamond for you. If you have any paperwork on your diamond please bring it with you when you visit our store.
What We Pay
Madison Jewelers will offer you a fair price for your diamond based on your diamond’s wholesale value. While you are in the store we will evaluate your diamond for free. We will determine your diamond’s 4 C’s and print out a list of comparable diamonds with their wholesale values. Based on the marketability of your diamond, we will make you an offer that day.
How We Pay
Madison Jewelers will write a check you can deposit or cash. We will complete a form with some information required by the city to purchase your diamond and then have you sign for the transaction. Virginia Precious Metals Dealer Code.
